I am Verena. Ten years of building brands and websites, most of it for founder-led businesses, from Germany, Brazil and Portugal, and these days from wherever I happen to be.
Two years ago I rebuilt the way I work so that AI does the heavy parts. It gave me my evenings back, and my time went to the thinking, which was the part clients were paying for anyway.
Then I kept meeting people who did not have four thousand to spend on a website and did not really need to. What they needed was the order to do it in, and one person to ask when they got stuck.
So I wrote the order down, turned my process into tools you run yourself, and stayed close. The Friday calls for everyone, and an hour one to one for anyone who wants it.

What you are probably thinking
What does the €299 include?+
One payment, no instalments: the kit, the drop-in Friday Q&A calls and the WhatsApp group for questions in between. You can add the 60 minute 1:1 call with me at checkout for €150, instead of the usual €250.
Does Claude make the images?+
No. It works with your own phone photos, cropping and preparing them, and writes prompts for free tools when you need more. Everything else, the brand thinking, the writing and the building, happens inside Claude with your guidance.
What do I actually need before I start?+
A computer, Claude Pro (about €20 a month), and a free Netlify account. If you already own a web address, bring it. If you do not, we sort that out.
How long does it take?+
Most people are live within a few days, at your own pace. Nothing here expires or locks, so you can spread it out however your week allows.
Do I have to be on camera?+
No. The 1:1 call add-on and any group calls are about your screen and your questions, not your face.
Does my site stay live if I stop paying for Claude?+
Yes. Once it is built, your site is hosted on Netlify's free plan. Claude is only needed while you are building or updating it.
Can I pay by bank transfer?+
Yes. Request an invoice and pay by bank transfer instead of card.
Can I get a refund?+
You get access the moment your payment arrives, and digital files cannot be given back, so the kit is not refundable once you have access. If you are in the EU or the UK and cancel within 14 days, you get back the share for any live call not yet held. The details are in the terms.
Can I use this for a client?+
Yes, for your own business and for your clients' sites. The tools themselves are not for reselling.
How do the Friday calls work?+
They are open Q&A calls, not classes. I am live on Fridays 20 November, 27 November, 4 December and 11 December, answering whatever you bring. Pop in when you have a question, skip the ones you do not need. They are recorded, so you will not miss anything.
