1. Who you are buying from

VH Consulting LLC, trading as VH Designs & Co, 312 W 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601, United States. Email: hello@vhdesigns.co. These terms apply to The AI Website Shortcut and any other digital product sold on this site. Client projects have their own written agreements.

2. What you get

The AI Website Shortcut is a digital kit, plus optional live online sessions:

  • The kit: AI skills, templates and written guides, and any video guidance included, delivered through a members area and as downloads.
  • Group calls: four optional Friday group feedback calls, on 20 November, 27 November, 4 December and 11 December 2026. You may join as many as you like. They are recorded and shared with members.
  • WhatsApp group: an optional group for members, where I answer questions in writing between the calls. Other members of the group can see your phone number and your messages.
  • Optional 1:1 call add-on: 60 minutes online with me, booked at a time that suits you. This is not included in the base price. You choose it at checkout for an extra €150.

3. Price and payment

The price is €299, shown at checkout in euros, including or plus any applicable tax as shown there. The 1:1 call is an optional add-on for €150, selected at checkout. You can pay by card, handled by the payment provider named at checkout so your card details never reach me, or by bank transfer against an invoice you request. One payment, no instalments.

4. Delivery and access

Access starts once your payment arrives: by card, that is immediate; by bank transfer, once the funds reach my account. You receive an email with access to the members area. If access does not arrive within a reasonable time of your payment being received, you can cancel and get a full refund. The members area stays open for at least 12 months after your purchase. Download your files during that time to keep them.

5. Refunds and cancelling

Before you get access

You can cancel for any reason and get a full refund, until the moment you first get access to the kit.

After you get access

Digital files cannot be returned once you have them, so the kit is not refundable after you have been given access. By ticking the box to agree to these terms at card checkout, you ask for access straight away and accept that you lose your right to cancel and to a refund for the kit once you have it. If you pay by invoice, you confirm the same by ticking a box that says:

“I want access to the kit as soon as it is available, and I understand that I lose my right to cancel and to a refund for the kit once I have access.”

I confirm your choice in the email you receive after your purchase.

The live sessions

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK and cancel within 14 days of your purchase, I refund the share of the price for any live session that has not yet taken place, even after you have access to the kit. This includes an unused 1:1 call add-on, if you bought one and have not yet had it. Sessions that have already happened are not refundable.

If something does not work

If the kit does not work or is clearly not as described, tell me and I will fix or replace it. If I cannot, you get a refund. This does not limit any rights the law gives you.

How to ask

Email hello@vhdesigns.co with your name and purchase email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.

6. Using the kit

You may use the kit for your own business and to build websites for your clients. You may not resell, share or publish the kit, its skills, templates, guides or recordings, or give your members area access to anyone else. Access is for one person.

7. Sessions and recordings

If you added the 1:1 call, you can reschedule it with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed without notice counts as delivered. Group calls are recorded and shared only with the members of your round, and you are welcome to join with your camera off.

8. Results

The kit gives you a process and tools. What you build with them, and the results for your business, depend on you, so no specific results are guaranteed.

9. Liability

My total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

10. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection the laws of your own country give you.

11. Changes

The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones shown on this page when you bought. The date at the top shows the latest version.
