Branding isn’t a logo

It’s what you stand for, who you speak to and why anyone should care. When those answers are real, the visuals come easy, and the brand starts doing the explaining for you.

What you walk away with

Strategy

Clarity on who you are and who it’s for

Positioning and messaging in your own words: one line that says what you do, and a story that backs it up.

Your whole team explains the business the same way

Identity

A look that fits who you are now

Logo, colour, type and imagery, built on the strategy rather than on taste, and made to work everywhere from a business card to a pitch deck.

Credibility in the room before you say a word

Brand system

Everything your team needs to stay on brand

A brand book your team will actually use, launch templates and an AI-ready brand kit, so your tools write and design in your voice too.

How we get there

  1. Three brand sessions

Live design-thinking sessions where we dig for the truth of your business, in your own words.

  2. Strategy you sign off

One strategic foundation you approve before anything visual starts.

  3. Direction and identity

Moodboards first, then logo, colour and type, so there are no expensive surprises.

  4. Brand book and handoff

Everything documented, plus an AI-ready kit for your tools and your team.

“We needed to re-found and reposition our company in the market. The scope of work included a reformulation of the visual identity, the messages and the site in preparation for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and Verena was instrumental in the changes promoted. She was very efficient and competent in capturing our essence and translating it into logos, colours, pictures, messages and the entire site. Everything was done in a professional, timely, light and courteous manner. Based on her skills, knowledge and business savvy I recommend Verena for similar works and more.”

Can we do strategy without new visuals?+

Yes. Positioning and messaging work stands on its own, and if your current identity holds up, we keep it. Strategy first, always.

We already have a logo we like.+

Great. Then we build around it. The process sharpens what the logo stands for; it only replaces visuals that are working against you.

How much of my time does it take?+

Three to five focused hours across the whole process: a kickoff, two working sessions, reviews. I do the heavy lifting between them.

What if I also need a website?+

That’s the natural next step. Most branding clients continue into Design & Websites so the new brand goes live properly.
